SEOglaze Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Payment and Refund Policy. At SEOglaze, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality service and a positive client experience, which is why we have implemented a considerate cancellation and refund policy.

To ensure a smooth project process, we begin each project with a thorough discovery/analysis and scope of work document. This helps both parties to have a clear understanding of the work required and avoid potential cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

As each milestone is completed and modules are used, we cannot offer refunds for work that has already been completed or used for services. Once the client approves mock-up designs and we move into the development phase, no payment will be refunded.

We do not offer partial refunds for projects that are mid-way through a milestone phase. Additionally, cancellations are not accepted for services that our marketing team has offered on special occasions.

Digital marketing and SEO packages are non-refundable for Monthy SEO Service, but clients may cancel their subscriptions with a 15-day written notice in advance.

Once we have provided a service, the client is solely responsible for maintaining it, and any harm caused by the client or their assigned person/agency will not be eligible for a refund.

Before beginning a relationship with us, we recommend check our samples of work. Once a transaction is executed, we do not offer refunds unless agreed upon by the company.

If a project is terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control of all completed work, and any payment for further development will become void. No previous payment or deposit will be refunded.
